Once a week, core platform updates and app / plugin updates will be assessed and installed when available and compatible with your site. In addition, urgent security releases will be prioritized and installed as quickly as practical to minimize exposure.

Your site functionality will be tested before updates are published to help prevent breaking changes.

You focus on your business, and we'll take care of the platform. You'll receive an update each time maintenance is performed.

This level includes:

• Maintenance for up to 3 web properties
• Integration monitoring for forms, analytics, email marketing platforms, and connected services
• Monthly site health review and maintenance recommendations
• Broken-link and critical functionality checks
• Priority scheduling for maintenance and security updates

Business Critical

The most robust option for organizations that rely heavily on their digital presence for revenue generation, lead generation, ecommerce, customer engagement, or operational workflows.

This level includes:

• Everything in Growth
• Maintenance for up to 10 web properties
• Ecommerce platform and product catalog maintenance
• Quarterly digital platform review with strategic recommendations
• Enhanced monitoring of critical business functionality and customer-facing systems
• Staging environment testing for major updates when available
• Priority response for maintenance-related issues discovered during monitoring
